Healthy Food Ibérica is a pioneer in the development of unsaturated fats to accompany the food industry on the road to the new food.
Our first project, Verdeo, consists of a vegetable fat made from olive oil, which remains solid and stable at room temperature, opening an infinite universe of new applications and opportunities for the formulation of new recipes and products.
Through a natural process and composition, we obtain a homogeneous technical fat, stable and easy to incorporate in a multitude of food categories.

After the success of the application of the new ingredient in a variety of products from his bakery, such as cakes, croissants and chocolates with olive oil, Sergio assembles a team to shape the project and obtain the necessary funding to share his secret with the rest of the world.
